When you introduce us to another organization that could benefit from our support, we’ll donate to a charity meaningful to you.

How It Works
1. Submit Your Referral
Share the name of the company, hiring manager, or executive who might benefit from AGM’s consultative IT staffing approach.
2. We Start the Conversation
Our team will reach out, schedule a call, and explore their needs — no pressure, no hard selling.
3. A Donation is Made in Your Honor
Once we secure a discovery meeting with your referral, AGM will contact you directly with the donation details. If the referral becomes a client, we will make an additional contribution to further support the cause you’ve selected.
Previous Donations
Since 2018, $400,000 has been donated or directly earmarked for future donations. Many of our charities focus on children, expectant mothers and families in need.
